Day 01: HANOI – ARRIVAL
Upon you arrival Hanoi National Airport, warmly welcome you by our excellent english speaking guide. Then transfer by private vehicle to your hotel. Evening, free time for explore the Hanoi capital city. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 02: HANOI - BA BE LAKE (B+L+D)
Depart from your hotel in Hanoi at 07.30. Stop for a short visting at ThaiNguyen Minorities Museum. Arriving in Ba Be town by around 14h30, check into our guest house and then head out for a bit of exploration before the sunsets.
Day 03: BA BE LAKE (B+L+D)
Board our private boat for a cruise on the lake. Weather permitting we can have a swim in crystal clear waters before having Have a picnic lunch on board. Short trek to a PacNgoi village - Tay Minority People. Continue to visit DauDang water fall, Puong Cave and more cruising along the Nang river about 15 km to ChoRa town. Pick up by car and return to the Park. Overnight in Ba Be.
Day 04: BA BE LAKE - CAO BANG (B+L+D)
8h00 roading for the 90 km. drive to Cao Bang. Cao Bang Province is the home where the H'mong, Zao, Tho and Nung ethnic minority people live in harmony. Arrive at around 11.30. After lunch we will visit Pac Po. From there it's a 3 hour trek to a village of Nung minority people. Drive back to Cao Bang for your overnight stay at the local hotel.
Day 05: CAO BANG - BAN GIOC WATER FALL (B+L+D)
Breakfast at the hotel. 8h00 depart for Ban Gioc waterfall. It takes three-hour drive from Cao Bang to Ban Gioc waterfall, which forms a natural border between Vietnam and China. Stop on the MaPhuc pass for taking photos to visit Tay village nearby. More stop at TrungKhanh local market. Have a picnic lunch near the waterfall.This afternoon we will return to Cao Bang for our second nights stay. (Breakfast & Lunch included).
Day 06: CAO BANG - LANG SON (B+L+D)
8h00 Drive covers 150 km to Lang Son on the Chinese border. Stop for taking photos on ThatKhe Pass. After lunch we go to visit Nhi Thanh Cave, Tam Thanh Pagoda and the market at Dong Kinh, the biggest market in the area fully stocked with Chinese goods. Overnight at hotel in Lang Son. (Breakfast and lunch included).
Day 07: LANG SON - HANOI (B+L+D)
Breakfast at hotel, then car and guide take you to visit Wind Cave with very spectacular here. The first impress when you arrival this place, that’s the temperature is lower. You will feel really cool. Where called “Titanic Fridge”. Wind cave has big size, well-aired, length from 50 to 70 meters. This cave have 4 floors, inside this has a lot of special shape like a Stone bell, bamboo shoot, Fairy rice-field, animals shape,…When has wind fan from outside to inside, you can get some lively & fun sounds.
Lunch at Local Restaurant. Spend time for leisure. Then depart Lang Son for Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 08: HANOI - HALONG BAY LEGEND NIGHT (B+L+D)
Early morning transfer by private vehicle with guide to HaLong (3 hour drive – 180 km). Transfer to the dock and board your Vietnamese junk for the start of your overnight cruise through the beautiful scenic UNESCO World Heritage site of HaLong Bay. Visit Thien Cung & Dau Go caves, two of most beautiful caves here.
Enjoy Kayaking at late afternoon. You have chance to discovery the Lan Ha Bay by kayaking as well. Dinner on Board. Enjoy fishing on night. Overnight on the Board with Comfortable cabin.
Day 09: HALONG BAY - CATBA ISLAND (B+L+D)
08.00: After breakfast, we cruise to Cat Ba island and our bus will take you to the National Park which is home of 32 different types of mammals and more than 2000 species of flora. After that we’ll transfer you to the hotel where you can have lunch and take a rest before joining other activities
13.30: Back on the water, you’ll trade the Chinese junk for more nimble kayak as you get in for a closer look at the natural splendor of Lan Ha Bay. You’ll also stop in the white sands of a natural beach for an afternoon swim before returning to the hotel in Cat Ba
17.00: In the late afternoon we return to your Cat Ba island hotel where dinner is served at 6.30 pm. Then you’ll have the evening to walk along the promenade and have a look around the Cat Ba town.
Day 10: CATBA ISLAND - HALONG BAY - HANOI (B+L)
07.00: Following breakfast, then we depart Catba island for Halong City. You will have chance to sightseeing more of Halong Bay.
Lunch at restaurant in Halong City. Then re-turn Hanoi. You get Hanoi around 4.30 PM.
Enjoy the Water Puppet Show in Thang Long Opera Theatre. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 11: HANOI - VISIT HOA LU, TAM COC (B+L)
Hoa Lu, Tam Coc description: Located in Ninh Binh province (100 km southeast of Hanoi), Hoa Lu and Tam Coc are two of the most picturesque spots in all of the north. During 41 years, from 968 to 1009, Hoa Lu was the ancient capital of Vietnam. Nearby Tam Coc is often referred to as “Ha Long Bay on land”. Visitors are conveyed by rowboat along the peaceful Tam Coc stream past green fields and the feet of mountains into the mouths of caves where they encounter new surprises like stalactites and stalagmites that shimmer like gemstones just inches from the water.
08.00 – 08.15: Our car and guide pick up you at the hotel.
08.30: Departure for Hoa Lu -Tam Coc. There is a beautiful roadside scenery on the way
10.30: After arriving in Ninh Binh province, the guide takes you to visit Hoa Lu - the Ancient Royal capital of Vietnam
12.10: You’ll have lunch at a nice restaurant before boarding a small boat to visit Tam Coc which means literally: “Three Caves”. With HaLong type views of majestic limestone cliffs and mysterious yet inviting caves, as well as countryside sights like peaceful streams, rice paddies and deserted green fields, Tam Coc really has it all
17.00: Back Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 12: HANOI CITY TOUR - NIGHT TRAIN TO SAPA (B+L+D)
Morning sightseeing (Cyclo Hanoi City Tour: 8.30 am – 4:00 pm). Start visiting Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum, and his house on stilts in the grounds of the Presidential Palace. Continue to the One-pillared pagoda, Dien Huu Pagoda. Your final stop this morning will be the Temple of Literature. Afternoon visits to the Ngoc Son Temple which is situated on a small island in picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake. Complete your day with a leisurely one-hour cyclo tour through the historic Old Quarter of Hanoi. Then you will attend a performance of Vietnamese Water Puppet Show.
Evening transfer to Hanoi train station for the overnight train to Lao Cai. Overnight on the train. (departs about 9-10 pm; approx. 9 hours).
Day 13: LAO CAI – SAPA (B+L+D)
Early morning arrival. Meet your guide and transfer by private vehicle to tour Sapa area. Take 2 km short trek to Cat Cat Village, the home of H'mong Ethnic minority; meeting & talking with locals to learn more about their daily life.
Day 14: VISIT LAO CHAI – TA VAN VILLAGES (B+L+D)
07.00: After breakfast, our guide takes you to the villages populated by H’mong and Dzao people, respectively called Lao Chai and Ta Van.
Afternoon, visit Silver Water Fall.
Afternoon: Visit the Ham Rong Mountain, Apple Garden, Orchid Garden, Horizon,… Evening, free time for explore the Sapa Town with Lively of Minorities here. Overnight at hotel in Sapa.
Day 15: BAC HA MARKET – HANOI (B+L+D)
08.00: Following breakfast, you’ll depart Sapa for Bac Ha to visit the vivid, colorful minority market. You’ll have 3 hours to stroll around the unique Flower H’mong village and Bac Ha market before coming back to Sapa
12.00: You’ll have lunch either with an ethnic minority family.
Late afternoon, car and guide take you to Lao Cai Station for night train back Hanoi. Overnight in soft lie cabin.
Overnight in sapa.
Day 16: HANOI - PERFUME PAGODA (B+L)
08.00 – 08.15 AM: Our car and guide will pick you up at the hotel and depart for the Perfume Pagoda.
10.00: Arrival at the Perfume Pagoda. After a scenic hour and a half boat ride along the Yen stream and a 2 hour trek, you reach the Huong Tich Cave which houses the Pagoda of the Perfume Vestige. Next, you’ll visit the Thien Tru Pagoda or Pagoda leading to Heaven before stopping at a restaurant for lunch.
16.30: After the boat trip back to Ben Duc, we depart for Hanoi and arrival in the city around 6.00 PM. End of services. Thank you so much and hope to see you again on next time trip.
Day 17: FREE TIME & LEISURE (B)
After the beautiful long trip to visit the scenery Vietnam’s landscape and culture. You take whole day for free time, leisure and shopping in Hanoi before back Sweet home. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 18: HANOI - DEPARTURE (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Leisure until car and guide pick up, take you to Airport for back home. End of services. Thank you so much and look forward to see you again in next time trip.
