These terms and conditions are applied to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

The terms and conditions as set out hereunder constitute the entire agreement between you and Khanh Sinh International Tourism Co., JSC. khanhsinh.com.  If you do not read or accept these terms and conditions, do not use this website (the "service"). By accessing any part of the khanhsinh.com website, you consent to be bound by these terms and conditions.

HOW TO BOOK

The booking should be made through khanhsinh.com website or email to admin@khanhsinh.com

CONFIRMATION

Upon receiving your requests, Khanh Sinh Tour team will check and inform you about availability. Your booking is considered confirmed when we receive your acknowledgement.

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT

To ensure each party is responsible for fulfilling any of its obligations, we set out below our standard payment terms and conditions:

Deposit: Either full payment or a deposit of 50% of total cost will be required and decided base on individual tour basis. This should be done via one of our available online payment methods.
Customers will receive confirmation documents or vouchers within 24 hours after we have received the deposit.

Final Payment: Before travel date. Payment by cash/ bank transfer or credit cards are accepted.

Payment Type:

1. Pay Online by Credit Card with ONEYPAY or VTCPAY
This transaction fee is subject to be paid by the clients of Khanh Sinh Tour

2. By Bank Transfers

VOUCHER

Vouchers will be issued to you after we receive your confirmation and/or your deposit/payment within 2 working days.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUND

Cancellation fees of booking will be calculated from all local suppliers as different tour lines and other partners have their own cancellation policy. Cancellation and refund policies are detailed on each individual tour, under the Rate & Availability tab.
Cancellation by the suppliers for reasons related to a force majeure situation, such as government restriction or regulation, weather conditions, natural disasters, etc., customers will receive refund amount depending on specific conditions. If the tour has yet taken place, full refund will be made. If the tour is in progress, a partial refund will be made, any unused portion of a tour for whatever reason is not refundable.
There will be no refund or exchange can if customer decides to opt out while the tour in ongoing. If you have not used any of the services, no compensation will be given for the unused portion of the tour.
